Air Control valves are a fundamental component of any pneumatic system.  If the pneumatic valve is too large for your application, you will be wasting air and money.  If it’s too small, the actuator will not function properly. Selecting the right air valves to control system pressure, direction of flow and rate of flow is crucial when designing pneumatic fluid power circuitry.

Power Systems Inc (PSIF) has expanded pneumatic valve product lines to meet various small flow (micro fluidic size) to very large flow applications.  Requirements for 2 way, 3 way, and 4 way applications along with specialty needs requiring special design and considerations is common for meeting customer requirements.  If reliability in shifting is a need in an application, we will highly recommend the poppet style of valve design.  Poppet valve construction is also a positive sealing design allowing for “bubble tight” air control.  High air flow rates, reliability, and positive sealing are requirements we can meet on applications.

Also, available are valves that can meet the growing need of the safety industry.  OSHA lock-out tag-out (LOTO) requirements are a must in all industrial and mobile pneumatic circuits.  We have products that provide safety rated solutions meeting Category 1, 2, 3, and 4.  The requirements for ISO13849 and ANSI B11.0, B11.1 are more prevalent and needed and we have the ability to assist our customers in meeting these specifications. Power Systems Inc offers reliable, dependable pneumatic valves to fit your needs.

Filter, Regulator, Lubricator

In almost every industry, clean air is a key ingredient that enables effective and efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery.   Compressed air applications must always be clean, oil free and dry to prevent poor equipment performance, system breakdowns, unscheduled maintenance and costly repairs.

The use of air preparation devices, such as filters, regulators, and lubricators (FRLs) is an excellent means of keeping your air supply in top condition, as well as enabling your tools and equipment to operate at their peak performance.

Power Systems Inc of Florida (PSIF) offers a wide range of pneumatic air preparation systems in multiple port sizes and mounting configurations with wide temperature ranges, and environmental conditions.  The latest FRLs from Power Systems Inc of Florida (PSIF) continue the tradition of offering premium products for your operation, and also raise the bar in the industry for safety, performance and modularity.

Air Preparation

With a product range that includes dryers, filters, regulators, after-coolers, lubricators and air driven air pressure amplifiers, Power Systems Inc of Florida (PSIF) can meet all of your air purification and preparation needs. We can provide high levels of purification with filtration levels ranging from 5 microns down to 0.3 and 0.01 microns. This can be further improved with our range of fine micron coalescing filters and clean air and gas filters.
Our  air preparation products deliver ultimate quality and reliability. We offer pressure regulation encompassing high pressure to high precision with more flow rate for better performance of air supply.

Safety Pneumatic Valves

Power Systems Inc of Florida (PSIF) dynamically monitored pneumatic valves are fast becoming globally recognized as key safety components in fluid power control systems.  Our safety valve technology is primarily designed as an interface between the fluid power operation & electrical safety circuits of machinery.

We offer a growing range of services & solutions for fluid power safety applications. Power Systems Inc of Florida (PSIF) pneumatic valves are designed to make jobs safer for workers, help protect our customers’ investments in machinery and increase productivity. We provide some of the most safety critical pneumatic valve applications in manufacturing industry, designed for years of reliable long-life.

Safety Double valves

Double check valve assemblies (DCVA) are used to protect and control pneumatic actuators in critical applications where load control is important. The ability to positively lock and monitor a load in position is very important in where “unintended motion” can cause harm.  Other double valves can be usedIt is also a valve used in air brake systems on heavy trucks. Power Systems Inc offers a range of double block and bleed ball valves for critical pneumatic applications.

We offer true double valve isolation with dynamic monitoring and dynamic memory for Category 2, 3, and four requirements.

Press pneumatic valves
