App #1-6000 psi Gas Transfer and Amplification Skid-PLC ControlledPSI of Florida has had a relationship with Haskel Energy Systems for many years. A staple of the Haskel product line is their line of Gas Amplifiers and Boosters.

In early 2011, PSIF designed, built, and started-up a skid that would allow a major wholesale supplier of gas to fill standard sized smaller gas bottles to 6000 psi from a much larger lower pressure source. The skid was automated to maximize the use of the drive flow (air/N2) and to be as efficient as possible. Proper inlet and outlet filtration along with a pressure equalization circuit was provided for. High pressure transducers allowed for feedback to the plc in determining inlet, outlet, and staged booster cut-ins for optimization.Many simpler and cost effective designs are available at your request and need.
